THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute trash. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The material is pathetic, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd bought something usable instead. Save y
